This bushing is made from a material that was designed to outlast the factory bushing and includes everything needed to install. easy to put in youself and now shifter works great!
I purchased this for my Buick rendevous when suddenly the shifter wouldn't change gears iit would just slide up and down. So I went to the regular auto store and was told I'd have to by the whole cable bushing kit which was $75+ and then I found this bushing fix online and I watched the video and decided to go for it. I put the bushing piece in myself and have not had a problem with the shifter since.

Easy! Easy! Easy!
Unbelievable easy. It took me longer to find my 13 mm socket to loosen the bracket than it did to install the bushing! Truly does only take a few minutes to install! Highly recommend! Found the video to be spot on! Simple,simple fix!

Good just not as easy as the video at least for me
Great idea cheap fix but with the Buick I couldn't get the bolts out to loosen the cable

The best product in the world
Saved a pile of money doing it myself versus taking the car to the dealership. Approx. time for repair about 1 hour. (Very easy repair)
The bushing change out was done on a 2004 Buick Rendezvous. The video made it very easy to do! -
Saved an expensive repair bill
Product was just as simple to install as the vidio depicted. Installation took about 20 min. total. Any average Joe with the recomended tools can do this fix. Sure beats paying a towing bill plus the parts & labor cost to have a new cable installed.

better than dealer part
Took 15 minutes to do it myself and cost around $30, including shipping. Replacing entire cable would have costs over twice as much and probably taken 2 hours or more. Works great!
