PRIORITY MAIL's two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to 5-8 days, respectively.
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS's 1-day to 3-day service commitments are remaining largely unchanged.
FIRST-CLASS PACKAGE SERVICE'S are now averaging 8-15 days with an increased loss of packages.
There are no longer delivery date guarantees by these carriers so please be patient your orders are on their way but it will likely take longer than usual.
In-stock items will ship same day if ordered by 2pm EST M-F. UPS does not ship to PO boxes. If you select UPS and put a PO box in your shipping address, we will send your package via USPS 2-day. In some instances, we may elect to ship USPS rather than UPS if it would provide for an earlier arrival (i.e. Saturday delivery).
Our standard international shipping will typically be USPS international first class. This usually takes 15 days or less for most locations, but may take as many as 30 days. Frequent tracking information will not be updated once the package leaves the US.
Our express international shipping will typically be DHL Express, which is 2-3 days for most locations and includes frequently updated, door to door tracking. For most of our customers, the added cost is worth the extra service provided.
Items are warrant-able against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover improper installation. You may be required to return the defective item, submit pictures of the failure, and/or provide a description of the failure. Warranty will be fulfilled with a replacement item.
