Amazing product
I rarely write reviews but this product works amazing well. I looked around at many places for the replacement part and everything I found was cheap plastic parts that would break in a few months. Then I found this one. The design is brilliant, its not a hard plastic piece so you know it will last. Not only that but its simple to install and holds the shift cable tightly. Absolutely amazing company with an amazing product. I will be purchasing from them every chance I get, top notch quality!

Chevy Suburban Transmission Cable Bushing
This part worked perfectly. I ordered a different part from Dorman (14104) and it was a complete pain to install and once installed it would not stay attached to the lever on the tranny. This part came with the install kit, which made install easy, and it went on the lever easy and securely. I also called BushingFixit and they were very helpful as far as guiding me to the right kit.

Steering cable bushing for 2007 Suburban
The bushing provided is definitely strong/durable, but the kit was near useless to insert into the cable, however, it’d probably be difficult with any bushing. After messing with it for too long, finally had to man-handle it to insert it. Had to take out the insertion tool because it just made the bushing expand. Also, I purchased the express shipping but it came a day late; that’s why I’m giving this 3-stars.

not quite as easy to do while under the vehicle!
was only able to get it started using the installation pices. went in a little crooked and then I finally had to squeeze it the rest of the way with my thumb. it went though and snapped onto the shift lever perfectly
