Great solution at a very low, reasonable cost that actually worked. Extremely quick shipping for FL to VA. Hardest item was removing and reconnecting the intake hose to the air filter box in order to get room to replace the bushing.
The piece arrived on time, packaged great! And fit perfect!
The "how to" video for this item was a God-send. Although I had to watch it a number of times to make sure I was doing things right, it allowed someone with limited car repair experience to get the job done.
Quick and easy repair. Perfect fit for my Chevy Venture.
received the product in 4 days after ordering, good quick service.
This kit works. It's a shame that I had to take apart my dashboard to replace it on the internal linkage, because my van was baking in the hottest summer my area has seen in a long time, and I'm not young. It is expensive for what it is, but I'm sure I saved a bunch of bucks doing the repair myself. It's a shame that GM put such a fragile part on the transmission linkage (which has a bushing on the under-hood end. That one had been replaced earlier by a mechanic friend.
Well Done Guys [and Gals]!
I was on vacation and bushing fell out on my 2001 Chevy Venture and I was stuck with a "floppy" shift handle. Thank goodness for your excellent YouTube video. I saw immediately what I needed and what I needed to fix this problem, do but had no bushing and no way to order one at the time. Sooo... I used two vegetable rubber bands as a very temporary fix until I got home. A week and 700 miles later I got home and ordered the proper bushing. A few days later I spent 20 minutes and fixed the sucker!
Between the video and the part, I was so relieved to find out that this repair didn't have to be a major hit to my budget that I was able to continue my vacation with peace of mind and had a great time with my family.
Thank you one and all for a great product and such an obvious/simple solution. Again... Well done guys [and gals].
Great product, add some pictures to the instructions and it would be perfect. Fixed my problem in about 30 min.
