I was very excited to receive my new bushing for my Nissan Pathfinder and when I tried to install it, I used string in case it fell into the shifter abyss. I fitted it at first without the provided tool and it seemed to go in easier than expected. I reassembled the shifter and it came out. I tried to retrieve it using my string and re-assemble it the other way around. After fiddling with it, it came loose and fell into the abyss! :( I do not have the skinny fingers I used too so I may need to order another one!

Called Bushingfix .com and Carol answered the phone on a Saturday; even though they were closed!!! We set up a phone appointment for Monday at 9am to help me get the bushing I needed as I'm computer challenged LOL.
Call at 9am she answered and a few minutes later the fix was on its way. Got it next day mail.
Install was as simple as snapping the bushing in place, connecting to the shift lever and...Presto!!! Good to go for longer than the original OEM part thanks to the quality of the new bushing.
Great customer service, Great product, easy install and did I mention they make the fix for the transmission end too!

Super easy to put on, make sure to follow instructions and put the grease on the ring. Make sure you have a good hold on it or it's easy to drop. Using the tool that comes with it ensures it goes in easy or you'll be struggling getting the last part in.
